”Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”

What is Crossfit?

We are a CrossFit affiliated strength and conditioning facility based in Hartlepool. We aim to provide our community with a safe, effective, but most importantly an enjoyable fitness programme which is accessible for people of all fitness levels.

Our class based programme gives people the tools and coaching needed to reach a level of fitness you may not reach when training alone. We pride ourselves on interaction, forging friendships and building a community worth being a part of.

Come along to any one of scheduled classes and workout for free, or alternatively contact a member of the team to book yourself on our next available Fundamentals Course.

You will take part in 3 sessions dedicated to teaching you the fundamentals of fitness and the sport of CrossFit.

Don’t worry you won’t be alone as these sessions are dedicated to ‘’beginners’’.

Class Breakdown
Each class is carefully planned, from a specific warm up, a section aimed at improving strength or skill, followed by a testing workout which is scaleable and accessible to all levels of fitness.
